Our Story & the JoJo Difference
The JoJo & Co. Pet Club concept was born back in 2005, as an MBA student at Cornell University. This business plan that was developed to address the lack of reliable and solid pet care services available. As a life-long animal lover, with a passion to provide pets, parents, and the community we serve, with the best possible care and peace of mind, I’ve come full circle and made this vision a reality.
The pet care industry has grown since 2005, but it hasn’t improved a whole lot. Facilities remain overcrowded, understaffed; staff are often inexperienced or under-trained, and, in many cases, and leadership is disengaged from the operation.
How are we different?
We employ highly trained and credentialed talent at JoJo & Co. Our team members are certified across various areas of animal care.
Our team is made up of passionate and driven pet care professionals, who strive to deliver pet care excellence. On our team we have a behaviorist, trainer, psychologist, a vet assistant, and groomers. Each team member brings a unique skillset and level of experience, but they all bring a depth of knowledge and passion that is unapparelled. Each of them cares deeply for animal care and welfare and are committed to delivering the highest level of pet care possible to each of our clients.

Our approach is holistic in nature; we take care not only of pets, but their humans as well. We are transparent, accessible, and always happy to speak with you regarding questions, concerns, or any guidance you may need. We see ourselves as partners in helping you to raise your pet.
