Flexible Check-In and Check-Out

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer flexible options to make drop-off and pick-up convenient for you.

Check in at 6pm and check out is at 11am.
Need a different time? We’re happy to accommodate your schedule. Just note a daycare fee will apply.
Home pick-up and drop off may be arranged—just let us know ahead of time!

At our Cozy Retreat, every meal and walk is tailored to your pet’s needs, ensuring they feel loved and cared for throughout their stay.

Personalized dining options: Whether your pet enjoys eating with friends or prefers private room service, we’ll follow their routine to make mealtime special.
Daily exercise and fun: Multiple walks a day to stretch their legs, explore the outdoors, and soak up the sights of Greenpoint and LIC. For our more energetic guests, we also offer extended walks or even a jog around the neighborhood.
